Why choose The Old Boys Bike Tour to Verona?
The Old Boys offer regular Bike Tours, which are packed full of activities, where you can fly to a location and find your prized motorcycle waiting for you at the hotel.
We will transport your motorbike and all your riding gear from the UK to the hotel in Verona, and return it back to you in the UK, securely and safely. We will have at least 2 ‘Old Boys’ with your bike at all times, all bikes will be fully insured during transit and all customs requirements will be taken care of by The Old Boys.
All you will need to do is fly down on the 23rd January 2025, and we will collect you from the airport in Verona!
The trips include 2 or 3 days of 2 hour rides to great locations for lunch and then back for a little RnR by the pool.
This Tour includes:
- VIP tickets to the MBE, Verona
- A ride out along the lake and mountain roads
- A trip to Venice
- A trip to the Ducati Museum/Factory, Bologna
- 4* Deluxe Hotel & Spa (5 Nights) Verona, double room with dinner & breakfast
- Secure Motorcycle Parking

Making your own Booking allows you to use your Fly miles and your regional Airport while also maintaining ATOL protection.

- Opt 1 – Single in double room including dinner and breakfast with your bike
- Opt 2 – Rider and pillion on a single Bike sharing a Double room
- Opt 3 – 2 x Rider with their own bikes Sharing a Twin Hotel room
- Opt 3 – Single Traveller, Double room including dinner and breakfast NO Bike:
- Opt 4 – Two Travellers, Double room including dinner and breakfast NO Bike:
Deposit required £500.00 at booking.
Upon confirmation of all paperwork required and the minimum of 8 Bookings being made invoices will be issued for the balance of the Tour, requesting full payment 8 weeks before the start of the Tour.
Proposed itinerary:
23th January 2025: Arrive at the hotel, check in, meet up, grab a beer (dinner is available)
24th January 2025: After Breakfast we’re off to the MBE Show for the day with FREE VIP Entry Tickets, check out the Show and hang around The Old Boys Hangout ! Back to the Hotel for Dinner and a few sherbets (drinks ??) !
25th January 2025: After Breakfast either enjoy a 2nd Day at the MBE Show and/or explore Verona, or join us on a Ride Out (2 hours max) along the Lake to a local Restaurant for Lunch, then returning to the Hotel for Dinner, via the Mountain routes….
26th January 2025: After Breakfast enjoy a 3rd Day at the MBE Show and Verona, or join us on a Ride to the Ducati Museum in Bologna for the day, 1 Hour Ride, Guided Tour of the Museum and the Factory !! Grab some Lunch and back to the Hotel for a swim and Dinner (2 hours ride…)
27th January 2025: After Breakfast a Ride to Venice for the day ! Back for Dinner & a Sauna ?
28th January 2025: Easy Day leave the Hotel for the Airport at around 17.00hrs
Visit the Motor Bike Expo, Verona
Often our Bike Tours coincide with awesome events. This time we will be visiting MBE (Motor Bike Expo), in Verona!
The Old Boys have an exhibition stand, with a typically relaxed atmosphere, where we will be exhibiting one of our new ‘Hangouts’ and showing several of the bikes that we’ve built, some of which will be for sale.
Special notes:
‘Bike Tour Draw’ signed up Members of The Old Boys Motorcycle Workshop, who book “Tours with Style” will be entered into a draw, to be randomly selected, the lucky winner will receive a 50% refund of the face value of their booking within 24 hours of the Draw. Best of luck!!!!
The 5 day Verona Bike Tour will be filmed and recorded, with a personalised portfolio of both video and stills available to be purchased shortly after the return to the UK. These portfolios offer a fantastic momentum of the trip.
Additional funds required for daytime drinks, fuel and spending. Flights are NOT included in the price of the Tour due to ATOL regulations.

Terms and Conditions:
- A £500.00 Deposit is required to reserve a Booking, invoices will be issued for the balance once the minimum level of Bookings have been reached.
- All Deposits are held in a dedicated Tour Deposit Clients account.
- As far as The Old Boys are concerned all funds are 100% refunded, however this is subject to the 3rd Party Booking policies.
- Your bike will be collected from, and returned to your address as agreed by you (included in the Tour price)
- All bikes must have full comprehensive UK and European insurance cover (proof required)
- Your motorcycle must have a valid MOT Certificate (if applicable) and V5 in your name (proof required)
- All bikes are insured during transit “Goods in Transit”. The Old Boys does not sub-contract Transportation.
- All the documentation necessary to satisfy UK and European customs will be completed on your behalf by The Old Boys Motorcycle Workshop Ltd, subject to the registered owner supplying the documentary proof required, a list of the required documentation will be provided upon payment of a deposit. Please note failure to comply in full, will result in the bike not being shipped.
- All bike supporting documentation should be satisfied before invoices are issued failure to do so will result in the loss of the Deposit.
- All travellers are responsible for their own travel and health insurance (it is recommended an EHIC Card is carried).
- Motorcycle clothing and equipment may be transported with your bike. A designated secure container will be supplied, upon full payment being received.
- There will always be a Support vehicle accompanying each day trip, for emergency roadside Repairs and Recovery.
- Whilst it is essential to have fun and a really great time, The Old Boys reserve their right in the interest of safety for all, to request a rider not to ride should there be any doubt over the rider’s ability, or capability to be fully in control of their motorcycle.
- Special dietary requirements should be made known upon booking please.
- Prices may be subject to change and are dependant on a minimum level of Bookings being reached.
- Bike transportation is limited and subject to available space due to the size of bikes.
- Hotel booking can not be guaranteed until at least a minimum level of Booking Deposits have been received.
