Upon payment of the agreed purchase price, the Buyer is deemed to fully agree with the terms of the Sale and to have purchased the vehicle. The Old Boys are authorised by the Seller to arrange the transfer the V5 into the Buyer’s name, DVLA will email confirmation to the Seller.
